DELIVERY INFORMATION
It is our outmost responsibility when it comes to delivering your order in excellent condition, accurately and in the given time frame as mentioned on our website.
- We offer FREE Shipping on products ordered through The Knots & Crafts Company(Only for within Pakistan).
- Each order will be shipped to the address mentioned at the time of placing the order. If you wish to change your address you will have to inform us as soon as the next day. The Knots & Crafts Company is not responsible if the address provided is incorrect.
- Your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days of the order. However, it may take longer, up to 7 working days
- We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
- We only ship through reputed courier agencies as it is imperative that your order is received in the best condition possible.
- In case you order is not delivered in good condition or if it’s tampered with please do not accept the order and call our Customer Care +92340 3014000 mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
- You may track the shipping status of your order through the shipment number provided on the couriers’ website, by clicking at Track your Order section.
- Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price.
